Keeping their minds occupied with such thoughts and channelizing their energies constructively will help student beat CBSE result related stress and will also yield productive outputs
  • Engage into physical activities/ hobby courses! Soaring competition levels and increase in expectations from all corners leaves students with little time during the academic year to engage in physical activities and hobby courses. With nothing much to do after the exams, students can keep themselves busy in these activities before the CBSE results are announced. These activities will help students un-wind themselves and will also provide them an opportunity to beat the stress and develop their personality at the same time.
  • Celebrate your result! Before the final CBSE results are announced, it is important for students to make necessary arrangements to celebrate their results. Good or bad, students should look forward to their results rather than fear the day when the CBSE results will be announced. It is important for students to look at their CBSE results in perspective and not let their spirits dampen if they failed to perform as per their own or others’ expectations. Taking everything positively, students should set higher goals for themselves and work harder to achieve those goals.
